Nearly 17 years ago, the masked maniacs of San Diego art grind outfit the Locust released their concept EP Safety Second, Body Last, the follow-up to the critically-acclaimed full length and Decibel Hall of Fame resident Plague Soundscapes. This masterclass of spastically surreal noise found its way firmly cemented into the history of extreme music history with its inimitable sound and instantly recognizable album art, courtesy of Neil Burke (Men's Recovery Project).
